I'm Ariana, but you can call me Ari!
Who I am: I'm a first-gen recent graduate with a degree in Info. Tech & Informatics from Rutgers. Currently, I am a Tech. Project Manager I at Mastercard on the M&A team, I focus on strategy and optimization for successfully integrating our acquisitions. I've been working on streamlining business strategies, dashboard development and leading an alignment initiative. Formerly, I interned as a Product Manager at MetLife, learning about SAFe Agile while wire framing, conducting user research, identifying key challenges and product goals for our digital products.
What excites: Converting inefficiencies to efficiencies and building products from ambiguous concepts or challenges! I aim to apply my experiences, from both corporate and personal, to drive innovative change and growth through leading, asking meaningful questions, constructive feedback, effectively communicating and collaboration!
A little more about me: I learn to love and love to learn. I enjoy exploring music, crafts, psychology, intersections between technology and art, occasionally architecture, and alternative perspectives that challenge or could be applied to my own beliefs!
